Hi there, will try to keep this short!
I have been in constant pain for over six months, had multiple blood tests, ultrasound and CT scans which all show up as normal. Except for finding swollen lymph nodes in my chest.
I am in pain every single day, shooting, burning and stabbing pains which originally started in the right side of my abdomen, which are now also on the left.
My shoulders and back hurt, it is very painful to move my toes and legs.
Whilst desperately looking for causes, I noticed I have a lot of symptoms of fibromyalgia, brain fog, constant exhaustion, fatigue, IBS, dizziness, restless leg syndrome, unusually painful periods, stiff joints. Which I have had to seek medical advice for over the years.
I wondered if anyone who is diagnosed with fibromyalgia has suffered with stabbing sharp pains in their abdomens, gall bladder areas etc?
many thanks to you all for taking the time to read my post.

Fibro doesnt cause swollen lymph nodes. Keep looking. Fibro is just what they diagnose when they dont know whats wrong with you - i was diagonsed with it years later I was diagnosed correctly but the damage was done.

Have they done a 9am cortisol test? Looked at addisons/mcas/pots/vasculitis/polymyalgia/ etc. Have you had a full autoimmune panel done? I had stabbing pains and was misdiagnosed with fibro- it took an artery dissecting to be taken seriously and properly diagnosed. Fibro is a lazy diagnosis imo. That's not to say it doesn't exist but it often diagnosed when it's actually something else.
