Back & Shoulder Pain - Musculoskeletal? - Any advice appreciated!

Around 4 weeks ago I started to get an ache below my left shoulder and middle (thoracic) part of my back, didn't think much of it however it remained after 2 weeks. I then had a deep tissue massage where the lady described my shoulder as very 'knobbly'. She worked her magic and the shoulder issue is much improved, however the back issue remained

I have since seen an Osteopath who said as its the middle of the back it is most likely a posture issue, gave me some stretches however in the week since seeing the Osteopath I now seem to get a tingly/aching feeling in my arms and a few aching pains in different parts of my back. Called my GP today who advised I need to see a musculoskeletal practitioner, as it sounds like a trapped nerve/disc problem (this was not mentioned by the Osteopath, however at the time I saw him it was only a specific part of my back)

Just to note this pain does not affect my sleep, nor does it hurt in the morning, it seems to appear after being awake for a few hours and then affects me through the evening, which makes me think it is being worsened by sitting/standing/walking. Which does seem to add to the posture/nerve/disc theory

Any help would be fantastic

Not entirely sure randos on the internet can help you ... a physio would be more help who could actually examine you and get you to show her / him range of movement, what the issue is etc.

I mean tbh this whole thread is full of people asking random people on the internet for advice, in case anyone had very similar issues in the past. I do have physio booked however the waiting list is 8 weeks, so if it was something more serious I just wanted some advice. Thanks for your help though...
