CT Scan Query

I'm currently under urgent review for lymphoma symptoms. I have a lot of swollen lymphnodes in the back of my neck. I had a neck to pelvis ct scan today and I'm overthinking everything tonight... as I was laid on my back, will the swollen ones even show up as they're on the back of my neck? Or should I have been on my front? Sorry if this is a stupid question.
My symptoms have been ongoing for over a year and it's only I've now had very high LDH, IgA and IgM show on my bloods that they've rushed things through.
Any advice would be appreciated
Thanks

Sorry this is very stressful for you. Yes, they’ll see it, and be able to measure size. You will probably need a biopsy. Fingers crossed it’s all just a bad viral infection.

Yes they definite will see everything. A CT scanner is like a donut . It take images form all around your body ( 360 degrees) as it passes through the donut.

Exactly as @olympicsrocksays above. The CT scanner produces images like a slice through your body. It’s not a front to back image like an XR or photograph

Ah great! Thanks so much. That's really reassuring :)
