As the title states. I have been having pelvic pain that comes and goes, when its bad I feel the need to pass gas...when I do it doesn't take the pain/pressure feeling away. I am starting to get worried. I also have lots of bloating and I am starting to worry. I don't have any urinary symptoms. Does anyone know what could be causing it?
Thanks in advance

I didn’t want to leave you worried OP. I have no idea tbh but I do think you need to see a doctor asap so that they can deal with this problem. It could be related to IBS but certainly needs checking.

Hey OP, sounds like the same symptoms my daughter has & she has PCOS. Pls go to the doctor & get checked

I had similar symptoms when I had an ovarian cyst op. It probably won't be that but you must go to the doctor and have a full examination and don't allow yourself to be fobbed off 💐

Too many things it could be, the best thing is to see your GP, describe what is happening and when, maybe have a feel of your tummy, and get bloods done. They may ask for a urine and stool sample too. They would be looking for anything from coeliacs indicators to indications of infection or proteins in urine, etc. Blood results would help them decide what might be causing your problems. We really can’t diagnose you.
