Decidual Cast from potential endometriosis? WARNING pictures

a while back I took plan b and my period was 30 days late but with negative pregnancy tests. My period finally came two days ago and was accompanied by shaking and heart racing around 120-140bpm. Also have had headaches every night. Also had some dizziness and high blood pressure.

Then the next morning I couldn’t keep water down for 12 hours and finally when I could for longer periods of time, I was throwing up still.

I in fact drank a little and wasn’t very drunk but went to sleep and started gargling suffocating on vomit in my sleep and wouldn’t wake up, my boyfriend had to turn me over and then he worried I’d stopped breathing. But I swallowed and made it through the night afterwards.

I’m vomiting some today still when I eat and drink. But this morning when I woke I painlessly passed this tissue (I could’ve had cramps in the middle of the night, I’m unsure). I had a raging headache all night and light cramps but I don’t remember any agonizing pain.

I’ve had decidual cast before and it been a miscarriage scare, docs didn’t know what it was and had to rule it out but they never told me elsewise what it could be, only the internet helped me deem it potentially a decidual cast.

I’m waiting til my doc opens on Monday to call. I worried it could be ectopic pregnancy but I never tested positive for pregnancy.

I’ve heard it could be other things like fibroids and such. Does anyone have any idea what this may be? Thank you in advance for any help. I’m trying to decide whether or not to go to a walk in clinic but I don’t think they could help. I put it under chronic pain because I have interstitial cystitis and they never ruled out endometriosis for me. Of course the contraceptives are probably at fault BUT I have had this three times now and it’s supposed to be rare…

It's not clear from your post how long ago everything happened., I don't know what that tissue is. I've had lumps like that come out during a period but don't know if you were expecting a period or not. You might be a bit shook and jumbled up (and I am very tired too).

Also if you're having trouble breathing you need to seek immediate medical attention.

I have passed clumps like that more times than I can count.
It’s not even particularly large. It does hurt when the cervix dilates to let it out.

you should follow up with your doctor but I wouldn’t worry. There may be a cause, but it can also just be one of those things. Even if there is a cause, it’s not necessarily something big and scary.
