I am considering my options for the bed as I wake up in pain every day. Neck and shoulder are worse than back at the moment, but it cycles. I then develop headaches and migraines as my body is all out of alignment.
I have had a contour shape memory foam pillow for years and really notice the difference on holiday etc. Is this still the best option, or has technology moved on?
I am also considering a memory foam mattress topper. My mattress is probably medium to firmer and I find it very comfortable, but I read foam is better to take the shape of your back. Any suggestions? Entirely new matter is not something I am looking to do just yet.
