Hi. Not looking for medical advice and will be speaking to GP in the morning but searching for any similar experiences.
I've been taking bisoprolol 1.25mg for 3 weeks and thus far it has been effective in relieving most of my symptoms. As a beta blocker, I expected it to lower my heart rate - resting it usually sits at around 55-65 - however, it has done the opposite. My resting heart rate is now consistently between 80 and 90. I am aware that this is considered normal but it makes me feel awful. Constant palpitations, a consistent buzzing feeling in my body, restless all the time. I feel like I'm moving faster everything around me and find it difficult to remain balanced.
Anyone else experienced this? TIA
