Has anyone had this type of back pain?

Hi I just wondered if anyone's experienced this type of back pain, obviously dr google hasn't really helped and don't want to waste GP appt if nothing serious.

So randomly one day I experienced pain which I can only describe as radiating down my back and almost pulsing intermittently. It happens when I sit down, when I stand it eases immediately. This happens completely randomly, I've gone 2 months without it happening but this week I've had a few episodes of it. Paracetamol & ibuprofen really help but the pain before that is unbearable. I can feel it in the base of my neck and all the way down to the base of my back.

Just to add, I've had no injury or accidents which could explain this 🤔

Any ideas anyone? 😂

Do you have any constipation or backed up bowel movements?

I have bowel prolapse and when I’m back up the back pain is awful. Pulsing is one of the ways I would describe it. Usually when I’m bend down.

@Futurethinking2026 Hey thank you for replying. I'm pretty regular with the loo so I'm not sure it's that! It's so bad we once got stuck in traffic I had to walk alongside the car because I couldn't bare being sat down! It's horrendous pain 

My friend gets this an MRI showed vertabrae issues in his neck. I'd see a physiotherapist

It could be a bulging disc.

Whilst it doesn’t sound like it’s bowel related, the pain I get it also horrendous and can have me pacing instead of sitting or bending.
