Hi I’ve got a chronic tooth infection for some time now which recently gave me neuralgia pains down the side of my face that crippling pain then calmed down and I’m left with prickling and tightness near the infection but up to my cheek bone joint . I have tingling across my nose and my teeth on the top feel pressure .. my doc said that’s probably sinus with the pressure .. I’m on antibiotics but not doing much as tooth needs to come out asap .. has anyone been through this .. please talk to me I’m scared !
