I have a million things wrong with me (well, it feels like it!), centralised pain syndrome is one of many.

I just want to scream OOOWWWWWWEEEEEE today! I'm having a flare up, my knee and hip are excruciating, my knee looks like a balloon and I can't even get my jeans on.

Anyway, that's all! I can't moan to friends, my family don't give a shit and the chronic pain clinic, MSK and GP just shrug their shoulders and throw more pain killers at me.

If you're having an OOOOWWWWWWEEEEE day today, please feel free to scream here!

I'm sorry to hear this OP. I have flare ups with fibromyalgia so understand to some degree. What helps? A warm bath? I can't get out of bath at the moment. Best wishes to u.

@BCBird Thank you for replying! Unfortunately, I struggle to even have a shower (over the bath), let alone properly get in the bath and soak. I'd love to have a walk in shower but don't have the £££ to get one installed. Bah!

One of my friends has fibro. It's a miserable thing and no one understands how rubbish it is.

I hope you have lovely bath things to indulge in as you're soaking. I also hope your flare soon passes. I can imagine candles, nice scented whatnots and peace for you 😌
