Knee replacement surgery- must haves?

Does anyone have any recommendations of what they thought was useful or a must have when recovering from knee surgery? I want to make up a hamper for my neighbour

Ice packs, hundreds of them. A bag to carry stuff room to room. Cups with lids (to put in bag and take room to room)

On a practical note the best things I had where a leg lifter, seat raiser on loo, ice water wraps for my knee,

The surgery is brutal ! Much harder than I thought but worth it eventually.
