I had the shingles and have unfortunately developed post-herpetic neuralgia.
How do I do this? How? It's the mental aspect, I've no idea how to do this...
Am I being too lazy....am I resting enough.... am I pushing myself enough... am I pushing myself too much....those questions are just constantly on my mind.
I have 3 small children and want to be the happy, energetic mum i always was. I think o can achieve this but for less time. How do I achieve this...
