My RA medication seems to give me migraines which I can only shift with hot baths, sleep and pain relief.

Just wondering whether anyone has had a daith piercing and seen benefits?

Change the medication, maybe that will help

Don't know is how old you are but HRT stopped my migraines.

Daith piercing didn't help. The beta blocker Propranolol did for a few years but then stopped working when I hit peri menopause. And after several years of chronic migraines which nearly finished me off to be honest I have now found some relief with HRT, it took over two years of me slowly upping the dosage to realise it was helping reduce the amount of migraines. I'm now on the maximum recommended dosage of HRT and am only getting one or two migraines a month now.
