Fatigue feeling

What is causing this?
I have Hip bursitis on my left hip, I had a very sore lower back previous that caused back spasms...this cleared but the hip bursitis remains.
Im seeing a physio and doing exercises.
I eat relatively well.
I have been under a bit of stress with a house sale and damage to our car, now both resolved.
But....I have this awful fatigue feeling in my body during the day...it's like through my body. Like I could just lie down there and then. Can't really do that at work!

Im 45. I don't know if it's start of menopause or I have something wrong , chronic disease...

Im thinking of asking for bloods from GP but what for?
Could I ask for a Well Woman test, see if that shows.

I just cannot shift this fatigue feeling . It's really getting me down.

GP can decide what to test for. Just get an appointment, explain that you’re in pain and also completely fatigued to the point it’s affecting your daily function. GP should have some ideas about what bloods to order. Could be anything - vit D, B12, iron, inflammation, or something else.

do try taking v high dose vit D supplements though. I get terribly fatigued and with joint pain/limb pain if I’m low on vit D. Even if you’re not deficient in it, it’s very unlikely you’re high in vit d anyway so taking supplements won’t harm you, no need to wait for the doctor to tell you.

I’d say it’s the start of peri. Alcohol will not help this. Get some vitamin B complex and vitamin D.
And get thyroid checked, very common to discover hypothyroidism at this age

I'm taking a multivitamin but maybe its not helping.

I don't know if there could be something wrong with my lower back such as a herniated disc or something that's causing my body to be extremely tired....

I had a cortisone injection for the hip bursitis which has eased the aches of that but could it impact me? Make me feel tired?

I'm going to my GP to ask for bloods.

Has anyone purchased the menopause home kit and did it work ?

Trouble is most multivitamins have miniscule amounts of anything useful in them. You need your blood tests to see where you are deficient. Def take higher dose Vit D from Oct to March at least, NHS even recommend.
