Hi, I've been put on 120mg of propranolol throughout the day and 10mg of amis on a night, does anyone else take this combination? I'm slightly worried about heart rate
I have migraines and terrible neck plain multiple times a week that extends down my arm. Also have lower back and leg pain less often, as well as knee pain
Thank you!

I take 50mg amitriptyline every night for chronic pain, and up to 120mg propranolol daily for anxiety, and have had very little issues with my heart rate. My blood pressure is a little low, but nothing to worry about.

It definitely helps with the pain. I used to have sciatic pain on top of chronic kidney pain, and migraines, and those have all but gone apart from the odd bit few and far between. I started on 10mg amitriptyline and worked up to 50mg though before I was in a comfortable place.

I take both most days, have never personally noticed any side effects or problems.
