Thumb/ wrist support recommendations

Currently awaiting neuro electrode testing to find out what is causing fingers/ arm/ wrist and more recently, thumb pain ( and the farty tissue beneath it). Am on amitriptyline but i work with young children in a nursery so am looking for recommendations for thumb/ wrist supports for both arms please.

I was given this type by occupational therapy firstly for RSI,and then years later for painful arthritis, you can get similar types in the pharmacy.
