Antero to reteroverted uterus?

Wondering if anyone has had experience of their uterus moving from antero to reteroverted position, and what this may mean? Have longstanding PCOS diagnosis and possible endo, recent hysteroscopy to remove polyps, waiting to biopsy results. Just spotted since coming off pill two years ago, my subsequent scans have indicated uterus is now reteroverted, alongside increases in pain. Wondering if could be an indication of adhesions or something else (age? Am early 40s). Thanks!
