Hi all I am very new here im a mum of 3 boystrus boys lol I've read on here but first time doing a thread... so a couple of months ago I started with this swelling in pelvis left side its now bigger to be seen than the other side... I'm in excruciating pain I can't begin to explain how painful this is also when I sit I get shooting pains up my rectum... I saw the doctor he said oh this would be your endometriosis get on with it. Basically... but now I feel a lump on the left side near ovary I can't stand the pain any more I've visited the doctor 4 times he's done nothing I don't know what to do.. my periods are messed up very heavy and painful to where I loose mobility to walk amd bleed every other day including when im supposed to acompanies by pakn in back and now this to follow... can anyone help me please 🙏 😭 😢 😔

Go back to the Dr and ask for a referral to Gynae, the wait will be appallingly long but at least you will be seen eventually. If you have the money you could book a private appointment with a gynaecologists so you can be seen quicker.

Perhaps ring NHS 111 or your GP's out-of-hours service. I don't think this is something that should wait.

I've never known doctors to be that dismissive, though I have felt dismissed when they can't solve it. Normally they at least do imaging, blood tests and referrals first though. I'd see another doctor, and then another if you have to, until someone checks it out for you. It's not good enough to not investigate for you.
