Hi all lovely people.

I have been suffering with fibromyalgia for almost ten years, surfaced after I was hit by a car as a pedestrian.

Today I'm in so much crippling pain. My face is in agony, numbing pain and it feels like my face isn't moving.

Down my leg, in my crotch, in my back.

How do people handle this normally? I haven't had a flare up like this in a while and I have my 11mo old daughter here too.

Just genuinely looking for some advice on how to manage this if anyone has any experience. Thank you xx

Hope you are in less pain by now 🤞🤞🤞

I normally up Gabapentin (worst case scenario to absolute max you can take - with my GP’s ok)

Sleep, sleep and more sleep

Baths with Epsom salt

I'm in a difficult spot cause I can't take medication whilst I'm working... silly I know. Wish I could! Did Epsom salts bath lastnight, slept 11 hours and woke up much better, thank you so much ❤️❤️
