I’ve been diagnosed with severe Endometriosis for a good 2 years now. Cut a long story short. Regardless of the time of the month period ovulation for not I’m in severe pain throughout each month every day 24/7. At first it would be mostly sore only when ovulation was starting and bad when I took my period. But now endometriosis is spread to my hips lower back pelvis vagina bowel and now recently noticed sore pain at the top of my thigh. I have a 20cm cyst just below my C-section scar. I’ve pestered my doctor for months and months on time. My cyst is very noticeable and easy feel large lump. I was having a feel last night and notice the cyst is now sticking out of my scar. I take 2 cocodomal every 4 hours and naproxen every 6 hours. But these painkillers just don’t cut the edges at all I feel like it’s pointless taking these. Does any one else have any other experience similar to myself. My GP doesn’t seem to understand that I’m in pain every day with this he thinks mostly when I’m on my period. I’m bed bound most day my full stomach bruising within the area that I’m sore I’ve actually had blood bruised down below with it all I’m fed up and I don’t know how much. Longer I can possibly go. I cannot work due to this at all it’s impossible. I applied for pip got knocked back completely then try again still said no I just feel like no one understands how severe endometriosis can be. I requested if my doctor could refer me for another MRI or CT scan as I’m quite worried due to all the pain I have. The last time I was scanned was my first mri and ct back years ago what only detected endometriosis and the cyst. There was no other pain back then 🥹🥹
