Looking for a good upper limb doctor

Hi all, I'm at my wits' end with pain that started in my right hand two years ago and is now in both wrists and now even one of my shoulders. I've been off work sick since January following surgery and I just don't know what to do anymore. i'm in total despair.

The doctor I've been seeing did hand surgery on me which appears to have worked on that hand but I have developed related pain as a result. He says due to overcompensation. An injection in my left wrist didn't work and he has just shoved me onto the physio now, who I've been seeing for months but who doesn't seem to be doing much except keeping me in splints and telling me to do exercises.

I have some improvement after weeks in a splint but the minute I start doing normal things the pain comes back.

My employers are pretty fed up with it and I don't think they actually believe me. I am taking painkillers every day and having to wear my splints for basic tasks. I just want to feel normal again and be able to work.

Please, can anyone help? thanks for reading

I've just asked for a second opinion on my elbow and was told Wrightington Hospital in Wigan was the orthopaedic place to go in the northwest. It's a fair way from me but I'm hoping will be worth it.
