Strange symptoms

Hi, posting out of desperation. Getting no help from doctors. Symptoms are:
Extreme fatigue. Worse some days than others. Significantly worse in afternoon.
Aches and throbbing discomfort in arms and legs. In soft tissue, not joints. At night, it feels like my arms and legs are vibrating. All the way down into my hands and feet.

Can't tolerate sun, have to wear sunglasses on a bright day or if there's any glare.

Constipated and gassy.
Increasing inability to walk very far. I have gone from being able to walk miles and miles to be tired and aching legs after a 20 minute walk.
I first spoke to a doctor in Feb 2019 and symptoms are gradually getting worse. I'm feeling worried for the future. I'm 48. I find it difficult to concentrate/stay awake some days. It makes things difficult at work and there are days when I think I will never make it to retirement.
Do these symptoms sound familiar to anyone? The soft tissue pain (with no joint pain) seems to stump doctors. This is really affecting my quality of life. Thanks everyone.

Could be a number of deficiencies, vitamin D, iron etc.

I have the extreme debilitating fatigue and chronic pain. But I have long covid. Could you have picked up covid without you knowing it. It may not have started with covid but it could be making your symptoms worse. Iykwim

I have fibro due to hypermobility (along with many many other symptoms) and get the throbbing/fizzy muscles, think it's quite common with fibro.

Hi. One doc said maybe fibro buy never went further than that. Rheumatologist said psoriatic arthritis and enthesitis. But I have no joint pain and no psoriasis. There's a family history of psoriasis, that's it. I am on HRT for last two months but no easing of symptoms. In fact, the only change is it seems to have made my hayfever much much worse.

I dont think it's long covid because it pre dates covid. Although it did get much worse in 2020.

I take a vital d supplement and my blood tests are all clear. On paper, I'm in excellent health.
