Missing injuries due to fibro

Has anyone ever had this? I often hurt myself but then ply it down initially because I think it's my fibro.

I had a fall the other day and badly bruised myself (and banged my head - but initially didn't realise). I spent yesterday in bed as I was having a full blown fibro attack but then today my head is really painful. I think I've got concussion.

I should have gone to hospital yesterday but I'm so used to bring in pain the I missed the actual injury problem.

Tried to explain it to my boss and he just didn't understand. Got told 'you should have gone to hospital'.

Can you try and get seen by your gp or a nurse today? (I know, getting to the moon might be easier!).

If you're concussed then it diminishes your ability to assess how injured you are. Don't dwell on what your boss said, focus on looking after yourself.

Im not medically trained but if If you can be seen by someone at your local practice or minor injuries today then do. And A&E if any red flag symptoms .
