I'm 4 days late for period and have never missed one. If anything my cycles are usually shorter. I came off the implant 17th march and period finished 23rd march and haven't had one since. For the last two weeks I've had strong abdominal cramps and lower back pain, anyone know what this could be? I'm not pregnant as far as I'm aware as have had BFNs

I’d say having the implant removed has messed your hormones about (naturally) and you may be about to get a very heavy period hence the cramping etc!
i have the mirena coil and if that’s removed I’ll go 6 weeks without a period then have the mother of all things ungodly cramps and super heavy periods - now I won’t go without it!

oh god hope not, I'm 17 and has my first period when I was 10. Suffered periods that lasted 10-12 days and heavy every day of that. So went on combined pill from age 11-16. It made my symptoms worse and had the implant with the pill from 15-17 and I've had 2 periods a month (cycles ranging from 12-28 days) and again made symptoms worse so hoping I would've naturally settled down yet doctors think I have most if not all symptoms of endometriosis 😫

Combined pill making it worse could err towards endo. It made mine worse as oestragen 'feeds' it. I found depo best for me but has stopped working for me now.
Unfortunately the only way to properly diagnose endometriosis is with a laporoscopy if its there they'll remove the adhessions during the op.
Ask your gp for a gynae referral it can be a long wait
