Can anyone recommend something? Mine is pregabalin and it is making me want to eat all the time.

Watching with interest, I’m on Pregabalin and have gained a stone in 6 months. Gabapentin was worse though but I have such bad nerve pain that not taking it is not an option.
being in pain constantly is bloody bad enough, putting on weight because of it is a double kick in the teeth.

It's really hard isn't it? I have cut down on co-codomol since starting pregabalin which I suppose is good but at least that didn't make me want to eat all the time!

I too an finding it helpful with nerve pain. Maybe I will just need to get used to being a bigger size but it's not easy.

Also I am finding I am tired a lot so not exercising which doesn't help.

Are you consciously more hungry? I tried about ten different medications last year, I didn't notice weight gain but I was often tired and exercise was an effort

I think so yes. I am hoping it settles with time. I'm struggling with tiredness as well, unsure if it is mainly the meds or the menopause though. It's hard to tell. Just so sleepy and with no motivation.

Oh my friend was on that she said the same always hungry.

I was on amotryptalyne (sp?) I didn't have increase in appetite on that.

I might try intermittent fasting or something to rein it in.
