Hey everyone I've had ENT problems for a year and a bit now been going to the gp no help keep saying they don't think it's anything bad because I get the problems on both sides of my face with my nose and ears

Yesterday I woke up with a really bad sore nose and it then went really blocked in my left nose I was blocking and putting my fingers up there I know not a good idea but then 10 mins later I was laying down I started to taste blood in my mouth I spat and then I saw a tiny bits of redness in my spit but when I put a tissue in my nose I couldn't see anything I looked in the mirror and saw my nose was very raw and red and looked irritated so I used the steroid spray they gave me it calmed down didn't have any problems for the rest of the night

This morning I looked in my nose I see crusts in my nose today I went out in the cold then I stared to taste that blood taste again I put a tissue in my nose nothing but when I spit I see a small not enough to classify as nose bleed blood in there I don't know what to do what could this be ?

As a fellow ent sufferer I don’t think this is anything to worry about. Tiny blood vessels can rupture when blowing your nose or investigating with a finger.
I’m not a doctor so obviously I might be wrong but such a small amount of blood really isn’t serious.
