I am suffering with chronic vulva/vaginal pain. I don't know how everyone suffering from chronic pain keeps going. Medical professionals seem to have no idea how to treat me. I am having a bad day pain wise I feel I just can't live like this.

There only one other choice so you do have to keep goi g. You need to find ways of being good to yourself eg taking 10 minutes out to lie down and relax or do your nails or put on a facemask. It sounds silly but it honestly does take you to a different place for a short time which gives you more resilience. Also keep on at your doctors for medical help!

I swear by CBD, or the real deal of course. Genuinely helps some people I know who have chronic pain.

I feel like I am missing out on so much of life. I am missing out on my children's life events. Moving around makes the pain worse so I am led in bed sobbing. I is hard to have the mental strength to push the doctors when I feel like this. It doesn't help that every day this week they have text to say urgent medical problems only.

It's rotten. No other way of saying it. I've had daily pain through my entire pregnancy and now my son is 3.5. Many times I've vomitted from pain or had silent hidden tears trying to play with him. You keep going because you have to and you do everything to get better.

I'm sorry for you and hope you manage some relief x

If you have children you have no other choice
