Anyone tried CBD oil for chronic pain?

I have fibro and am in pain every day. I've just ordered some CBD oil to see if it helps with the pain. Has anyone tried and has it helped? If so how much did you take? I've ordered 1000mg of a 30ml bottle. They advised that with fibro I should be taking 3000mg but to start on a lower dose.

I'm also wondering if it contradicts ADs

Yes I have. I also spent 4 months on medical cannabis. It didn't work for me but I have heard success stories from others. I don't think anything works for everyone. Worth trying it though!

I've been using it for a few days and haven't noticed any difference. I'll finish the bottle as it was so damn expensive, I'll see what it's like after a couple of weeks.

I'm sorry to hear it doesn't work for you. I'm doubting it will help me either but like you say it's worth trying. I hope you find something that works.

I'm assuming it's working for you then. I have also bought CBD drops that you put under the tongue. Still not noticing a difference, am using it twice a day. It's early days though yet. Let's hope it works.

I recently brought CBD drops from Holland & Barrett- the drops which go under your tongue. They seem to be helping with my nerve pain, my anxiety over cleaning and organising things have calmed down.

I take a lot of CBD under my doctor's supervision (sadly not on prescription as it's not officially listed for my condition). He looked at the medical literature and said you need to allow 6-8 weeks to see any results. Buy from the most reputable supplier you can find and try to keep the dose consistent.

Most high street cbd is snake oil. You need to do proper research on which have the right level of THC

I have fibro and don't find it does much for pain but is good for enabling me to sleep. I think mine is a lowish dose though.

CBD oil contains no THC.

My dog had arthritis I gave him cbd oil he doesn't have pain anymore just acts like a normal dog
