I use the curable app - I find it really good and it's helped me a lot to manage my crippling pain.

I can't speak for everyone but I turned a corner with my pain when I started to understand more about how pain is generated and the relationship between mind and body. I could then reposition the pain response. I did meditations, hypnosis and deep relaxation strategies to try to calm my overactive nervous system. It wasn't a light bulb moment it's taken weeks to improve and this week I've had a few steps back with pain and panic responses. What I'm trying to say is it was part of a bigger holistic response to tackling my chronic pain.
