has anyone cured chronic gastritis?

My dd did. She drank a tablespoon of ground linseed in hot water first thing every morning for three months.

I've tried all sorts during flare ups. Things that worked best are cabbage juice (mix with carrot juice for better flavour), and chamomile tea.

Have you seen roll cure? It's something they do for horses with gastritis, worth googling.

Ultimately though I think you need to avoid any food or drink that triggers it
