Pain diary app?

Hi there
Apologies if this has been asked before, I couldn't find a thread, but can anyone recommend an app for tracking pain? Specifically back , leg, hip pain?
I use one called Migraine Buddy for migraines (unsurprisingly!!) but I wonder if there's one for back etc ?
Ideally where I could track medication too

I had search at found this.. though if you have looked you prob have found it yourself already. I’ve no idea how good it is.

Meant to say this is new topic only been going for about six weeks so not great library of resources yet! More people that add to it the better.

I've downloaded one called Pain Tracker Lite (great name , huh?! )
I'll trial that out before going to the paid version, if I need it.
I was just wondering if anyone else was using one they'd recommend.

Let us know if any good. If need one with pain levels like “bloody hell, bloody bloody hell, bloody bloody you are having a laugh”
