Your dc's most and least played with presents please , need ideas for birthdays in Jan!!

ds 7 best - i pod shuffle
worst - fairground candy grabber (due to it keep breaking)

dd 4 best - go go hamster and polly pocket
worst - karaoke machine (she not interested)

dd 2 best - puppy in my pocket dogs
worst - wheelybug (i got the large one and it's too big)

We've got the candy grabber too, not great is it? Worth it from a 'Oh FC ws listening to me hurrah' perpective, not so great on the actual sturdiness bit.

DS1: (10) DSi best, Robbie CD he begged for still in wrapper

DS2: (9) Again DSi best; worst skateboard he hasn't bothered with, think he only asked becuase ds1 wanted one.

DS3: (6.5): DS (he lost his just before Christmas) with Club Penguin; worst: massive robot dinosaur he desperately wanted

DS$: besyt- cars and garage; worst play vacuum cleaner

Bendaroos were all loved by the dcs aged 4 - 12!!!!

DS (4) best: Leapster 2, Vtech digital camera, Toyrus Racing challenge car track, marble run, my Take That CD - worst - lego (although think that will come soon)& Thomas DVD

DD1 (5) traditional wooden desk (she sits there most of teh day drawing and wirting or playing schools/doctors etc closely followed by the several craft sets she got that are actually suitable for her age

DD2 (will be 3 next week) electric quad/motorbike thing with pink flashing light, I think she may have lost the ability to walk as she rides it everywhere! Also loved her peppa pig phonics board and toy washing line and 4 plastic eggs that 'crack' and open to become hard boiled eggs!

DD (7) most played with - top of the list Playmobil circus, but that was a dead cert
Of the smaller stuff - Shrinkles Flower fairy set, surprise hit but she has spent hours on it. Will be buying some Shrinkles to give as birthday party gifts!
Least played with - nothing really, some craft sets not used yet but I'm sure they will come in later (not that they get much later given they have to go back to school on Monday)

DS1 -4- Mecano set, ben 10 dressing up ( sadly)

DS2 - 2- Imaginex(sp - fisher price range) ambulance - he LOVES it!!!

DD (6)These are all big hits: lots of stickers, Geomags, Junior Cranium, Play-doh ice cream maker.

Best is probably the Thomas the Tank engine wooden train set, we got a basic one and keep adding to it. Also DD got a wooden kitchen and again keep adding to it.

best for 2yo - duplo. by FAR.

got many other presents for birthday and christmas (close together) and this is what he's been playing with constantly.

Shopping trolley from ELC with plastic fruit and veg too.

ds 6 best -DSi(recent bday), Starwars Lego,Powerminers Lego, RC shark truck thing from ELC,marble game set

ds 6(twins) best- Ds games,silver ds case for games, craft stuff,Usborne craft book,Secret Seven/Famous Five box set(has been reading continuously)My Naughty Little Sister box set

dd 5(Xmas & bday) best ever-red headed Gotz Sarah doll,clothes & horse(hasn't been put down once),candy matching game, Sylvanian Families wedding set

Haven't been any worst this year as learnt a big lesson with the infamous Golden Coin Maker last year. Have avoided adverts and tat,pooled money from relatives,payed more for individual items,had less but cost pretty similar-worked a treat

DD 10/DS 4 - Wii to share between them, without a doubt best present, plus tons of wii games from Fc and other relatives

least played with:

DS Transformers Track, waste of £50!

dd(8) Best: Sylvanians (x7 !)

We haven't got any sylvanian that may be an idea for dd1 , no idea for dd2!

DS and DD best... pool table.

DS1 (12) fave pressie - xbox games and LEGO technics model (not finished it yet and gets him off the egg box!)
Most unliked pressie - Muddle Earth book, thought he would like a pee take of Lord of the Rings but didn't realise how seriously he took LOTR and think he was a bit affronted!!

DS2 (3) fave pressies - dot to dot books, sticker and colouring books, Shrek 2 DVD (on the verge of quoting whole film verbatim)
Rubbish pressie - ELC doctors case, maybe a little too old for him??

DD (1) fave pressies - most of her brother's !!
