can't remember how to make stuffing

I'm sure I asked this last year but can't find the thread.

I have sausagemeat (with chestnuts and cranberry), breadcrumbs, eggs, sage. I know I need to mix them altogether but what ratio? and also I don't want to stuff the turkey but want to cook it on the side cos I like the crunchy bits so how long do I cook it for?

ooo i dont know - what i do is .... open the box, add hot water, stir then put in the oven, for variety on friday i am going to attempt to roll them into balls.

lol!!! - I found a recipe in one of my books - mix it altogether with an onion and wack it in the oven for 30 mins. Can do that!
