my goose is defrosted!!!

will it be alright to cook it today,then leave it wrapped up out, of the fridge until christmas day?

have you got a garage or shed? outdoors is probably just as good as a fridge/freezer atm.

but its already defrosted! i have a small shed in the porch, if i bundle it up well, will it keep until tomorrow when i want to cook it?

it will keep fine in the cold, i bought our turkey fresh on monday, it is sat in the shed and will be till the 25th. don't wrap it up either, that will just make it warmer not cooler, just stick it as it is in the shed.

don't cook it today, leave it in a cold place (shed sounds fine) until tomorrow and cook it then.
