I've been diddled - bought a go go hamster for dd yesterday

Not because she's asked for one, but because the other two have slightly more presents, so I needed to get her something and I saw them. I know they're hard to find and I think that was what made me buy it - I've just googled and they are about £9.99 - I paid £19! I'm an idiot

I paid £19 for one for DD too, from eBay. But I know that she will love it and it will be one of her favourite presents.

Sadly on ebay and places like Amazon marketplace they are being sold for silly prices.

Toys r us and argos had stock of the new hamsters yesterday.
Take it back and see if you can get another.
However i have paid well over the rrp for some of the accessories to go with the hamsters , just the way it is for popualr xmas toys i guess.
If you had ordered it you would have had to pay postage anyway so not too bad.

hamleys were selling them for £15 plus postage on friday.

I bought it from Hamleys, so should have realised it would be overpriced.

It would be nice to get some accessories, but not likely to find any now.

We are waiting til after Christmas for activities, hoping there may be some in stock in proper shops by then.

The 4 new hamsters are realsed properly after January too I think.
