Have made oodles of sloe gin and damson vodka and was going to give some away for xmas presents - but completely forgot to get any bottles.

I wanted some 250ml glass bottles - local kitchen shop doesn't have any - can anyone recommend anywhere on the high street?

Thanks

Lakeland do nice ones with stoppered tops. I have used them for my sloe gin. Bit pricey but...

I had to get all mine from independents - I could only find 500ml bottles on the high street

If you are hand delivering then at a push you could buy a few weeny bottles of wine (stowells-type) empty them (into your tummy)and reuse as they have screw tops

Ikea have a range of bottles which are lovely for christmas offerings

Ikea would be a nightmare to get to atm but I'm liking your idea re: small bottles of wine! Will head on out tomorrow and see what I can find!
