Did anyone cook their turkey the Nigella way last year?

Soaking it the night before recipe. Was it worth it?

Yes I did and no it wasn't. It was nice enough, but a turkey's a turkey - not worth the faff. Plus you will never find a container big enough that doesn't leak.
