Bubble bath for ds2 who has sensitive skin

Does such a thing exist?! FC always brings bubble bath but ds's skin is quite dry so I daren't let him use it. Other dc are having more grown up toiletries this year and I wondered if anyone knew of anything nice that wouldn't irritate.

It's not particularly exciting to look at packaging wise but ds who has eczema is ok with the E45 bubblebath for children.

my kids skin is not really sensitive, but that matey bubblebath, in the sailor bottle, doesn't dry out their skin - please note that this is not a doctors recommendation, would hate to make his skin bad!! Just an observation!

My friends little girl has terribly sensitive skin. She was chatting to an assistant in Lush about it and she gave her a sample of some lovely shower cream that has been fine on her skin as its completely natural. Smells lovely too... just like sweeties!

I know they do xmas shaped bath boms and things.

read the ingredients most 'highstreet' products contain SODIUM LAURETH SULFATE which is an industrial chemical used to clean oils.

It foams well and gets rid of oil hence the use of it in ALOT of stuff.

Waitrose do a good range of organic stuff that doesn't contain SLS. There's also as mentioned Halo and Horns from somewhere like Tesco or there Little Me from Boots. Luckily there are more about, but you do have to read the label.

The Waitrose stuff is fab, slf and paraben free.

Have you tried anything from weleda? I have passed my sensitive skin on to dd but the weleda candelua range is lovely for us both.

I'm a bit late joining this thread but my kids get REALLY dry skin with sulphate based products, switching to natural products makes a big difference. My current favs are Boo Boo and Burts Bees.

lush do little cherub/demon bath bombs that are perfect for children with sensitive skin apparently. they have quite a few different ones that are good for sensitive skin.

note though, at xmas they do a santa one. Bought this for DS (was 2) and he cried when santa melted....

I second Lush. The oat bath melts are fantastic on DD1's skin.

Oh wow - I have really sensitive skin so have avoided Lush, am really pleased to hear they do things I can use. DD2 is also has excema

Green people vote here too. They do a special range for babies/children but even adult stuff is really mild. I have really sensitive skin and works well on me and we use it on my 6mos dry skin prob which has now gone

The halos and horns stuff was on special offer in asda last time I looked, down the baby aisle.

I was just going to recommend Halos ans Horns as the budget option - not many bubbles but very gentle on sensitive skin.

How old is your ds? My dd has Cars bubble bath from sainsburys. I thought it would be no good for him but his skin is lovely and soft he has sensitive skin too ( can't use fabric softener etc).
