Ah so sorry, checked back a couple of times last night then didn't get back on.
Thank you very much you're both really kind but got back onto ELC this morn and they are now sorting it out for me

Couldn't understand why the shop couldn't just send to another store for pick up so phoned Head Office this morn and a super young man gave me numbers for all shops stocking product and told me to keep trying until I came across a kindly store manager! So big thumbs up to Croydon and Southampton
