So what are 12-13 year old boys

reading these days? All the books on my nephew's list have been bought by other relatives now and getting him to write more on his list would take until the new year.

Any recommendations please?

Robert Muchamore's Cherub series and others - but all the 11-13 yr olds I know have read/are reading it, so he's prob done that already.

How about Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy? Book People has a (cheap)reissued set of all five books, and they seem to start appealing from about that age.
