Christmas party on Saturday..thinking of cooking this for vegans/veggies?

Pumkin curry with chickpeas I like the look of it and I know the vegan who's coming likes spicy food. I'm also doing a veggie tortilla. Dp is cooking spanish pork, there'll be rice and potato wedges plus lots of nibbles.

Oh good glad it sounds nice to you all. People are bringing puds as they wanted to help. No idea what we're getting though?

Having read the recipe, I think you should make double - the carnies will all want some too!

HgDad I have made double...it's delicious Just need to re-heat it tomorrow.

Vegan and veggie wife cancelled at the last minute...so half of the curry was frozen for another time. It was delicious though and everyone had a great time The pork went down very well.
