Preferably animated cartoons but doesn't have to be.

I have a 3 and 5 year old and have just ordered Elf and Home Alone after starting a similar thread on this topic a few days ago.
Not sure what they'll make of them but at least I won't be bored senseless by cartoony films and freaked out by The Polar Express for the third year running!!

Oh forgot to add that I got The Snowman/Father Christmas DVD last year and mine love it. Also great because it's only around 20 mins long (each one) so you can bung it on before bed or whilst you have a few jobs to do before going out. HTH

And Muppet Christmas Carol (that's my favourite anyway!)

My DS (then 3) loved The Polar Express when we recorded it last yeas. Will be buying the DVD this year.

Has to be Elf - just the funniest Christmas film!!

DD's like tweenies it's christmas.

It's 5 episodes about a magic 'toyshop' and 5 episdes with them putting on a pantomine.

Great thanks for all that, I've ordered Elf from Amazon (£2.98) and there was an animated film called "the littlest star on the christmas tree" or something like that which got good reviews, but they can't dispatch it until 4 to 6 weeks, so pointless for this year.
Anyway I've ordered "A Christmas Carol" for me with George C.Scott.
I might try the Polar Express then as DS is nearly 3.
