Bottles for flavoured alcohol/oil/cordial etc

I have just received my order from jamjarshop and the bottles are fab!! I've probably not given myself enough time to make the things I wanted to but will have a go anyway (or keep them for next year!!!). Just wanted to share!!

I've got sloe gin, greengage brandy and home made kahlua (sp) this year

all the limoncello is gone , was lush om nom nom

I'm doing Quince Brandy - will report back to let you know how it turns out.
Fab bottles though - shall be placing an order for decanting purposes

I have tested the greengage brandy and it is v naice indeed, although a disappointing brown colour foolishly I thought twould be more green [rolls eyes at self]

It it just greengages then or are there any spices added?

no, no spices added, I just substituted greengages for plums and used brown sugar instead of granulated

Limoncello per this recipe - deeeeeee-vine

I wanted to make sloe gin but don't know what sloes look like or where to buy them! so I'm going to make limoncello that was linked to on MN, rasberry vodka and I'm sure there was another flavoured vodka or gin for my BIL who doesn't like fruit in any form - even mixed with alcohol . Also, going to make orange and lemon cordial for the non-drinkers. I need to give my kitchen a good scrub first!!!

I'm sure I read on here a couple of years ago about putting chocolate bars in vodka - Mars bars or something? I can't find it in search. I suppose I should try and get on with what I have so far.
