Which Doll for nearly 4 year old?

DD wants a Baby Bjorn/Tiny Tears type doll for chrismtas: i.e. - one that does things like cry, suck a dummy etc.

Which one is the best or do they all do the same kind of thing?

i have found the best one is the baby millie from elc. it cries, snores, burps, sucks bottle and dummy, giggles, and best of all, there is normally an offer where you get a good freebie like a wooden cot or highchair or something. here no freebie this time, but a tenner off.
