Home made food stuffs?

Im doing my dad a night in box and to keep it cheap I want to make him some sweet treats to go in it. Ive got the fudge reciepe, any other ideas? he has a very sweet tooth and also love coffee? not much to go on is it!

nigellas choc mint cookies are lovely. They don't look much in the picture, but a friend made some and I love 'em!
