Unusual present ideas for teenagers with unusual taste

DD is 14 and a bit of an emo. So as much as she likes the normal things likes smellies, perfume, cd vouchers, she does like things that are a bit different and not the usual girly pink.

So I thorght it would be a good idea to share ideas of presents for teenagers who have different tastes. Most of us will know a teenager who have alternative tastes so any ideas for boys or girls are welcome.

Ok so some of the things my DD has on her wish list are

I'd be interested in a nice makeup set
unusual clothing which are emo'ish but smart/dressy

My brother is the exact same (14YO emo) so I have got him Family guy series 8 and a light up rubber duck with a radio in for the bath

He loves baths though, quite strange a 14YO boy who likes to wash...

funky converse trainers
emo'ish but nice jewelery (esp earrings)
hair colours at hairdresser (limits!!!)

have no other ideas!

Raid the earrings at Claires Accessories - they have some fab emo-ish ones, always!

How about something really different? - lastminute.com and ASDA are currently doing a "Name A Star" thing. Am doing it for my little brother who's 12 and a half, and can be totally sure that no one who will be buying him the same thing!!
