I remember waking up soon after the stocking had been put on my bed (light sleeper so the door always disturbed me slightly). I'd then wake up, open the stocking, and then wake up at a more reasonable hour of the day with the contents of the stocking scattered around my bed

it would be something if they slept late

Heard noises at 1.30. DS2 is singing the lyrics to mammamia cd in stocking, luckily hasn't yet got the CDplayer. DS1 has eaten sweetie and is choking...Anyway after firm handling, they've left further investigation till morning, and all went back to sleep till 7.30.

Oh dear I don't suppose this is the time to tell you that we had to wake ours up at 8am!

DD didn't wake up until 6.30 (yay!)

mine woke up just after 8am, which was a nice time

One of the women I work with said her son got up at 1 am this morning, very excited beacause Father christmas had been. She managed to fob him off & send him back to bed.

DS1 was up at 12.45 and opened 1 pressie then came bounding into me to tell me F.C had been that was at 8.15....

I woke up before ds. 7.45 which I suppose is OK, just irritating as I could have stayed in bed!

my DCs (aged 13,11,9 &8) didnt wake up until 9am
