GLT bloody C has just ruined my daughters Christmas and mine..........

We have just unboxed to build DD1s dressing table and it is comp[letely broken inside. We have just pened it as we have kept it hidden and its only now we have found out. It has been completely bashed on the inside although the box is completely undamages on the outside - if it was at all dented we would have checked the contents but I TRUSTED GLTC - CAN I JUST SAY NEVER SHOP THER AGAIN......................AND MN HAS AN ADVERT............to make matters worse I called their help line to leave a message and there was no answer machine just a message saying happy holidays .................can you believe it....................................... I am devastaed..........................
she does have other presents but this one was the only one fromDH and me

Sorry to hear that. Is it still showing in stock on their website? If so you could print out the picture from the website and stick it on a card with a note saying she'll get it soon.

i have to admit that i would have opened it to check it when it arrived as i've had stuff arrive damaged before (not from GLTC)

still really gutting for you though, but not sure it's GLTC's fault

what a shame. can you tell her that you will take her to shops after xmas to choose a present? that can be a very exciting prospect, you could make a voucher or something in a card.

oh my god, we have a dressing table from them too, and haven't unpacked it yet. It had better be OK.

Im so sorry to hear this. My friend ordered an item from them once and it came the same as yours, damaged inside but not on the outside. Second one exactly the same. Third time round and it was fine. Sorry to hear this.
