We have borrow a Christmas tradition from Sweden (where my brother lives) & are leaving Rice pudding for Father Christmas

However I have no idea if this is a real tradition or one he made up cos he likes rice pudding

I'm swedish and always did this. It comes from the tradition of hustomte, a little gnome like creature that lived in the farms and helped out in secret during the year. If not treated with respect and given a bowl of nice christmas porridge at christmas he would get mad and start ruining things.
