We have put the reindeer food out in the back garden along with a carrot for rudolph. There is a 'Santa please stop here' sign with the magic key hung on it out there too as we have no chimney. There are cookies and a glass of milk on the coffee table in the living room for Santa and the kids (2 and 5) have had their bedtime stories and are in bed ready to go to sleep so that santa will come. Their stockings are hung on the outside door handles of their doors ready to be filled with presents. I am sitting on here with a glass of wine waiting for the best time to start carting the multitude of presents down the stairs and dh is downstairs relaxing in front of the tv - lovely!
